Welcome to the 30 Day Challenge.

I am so excited to have you here. Lets get summer ready!

Below you will find a video explaining how to engage your core. It is important you watch this video, engaging your core correctly during ab workouts will make sure you get the most benefits out of the exercises, while also reducing the risk of injury. If you have tried pilates before you will be familiar with diaphragmatic breathing. If you are not familiar this video will explain everything, and with a bit of practice before the challenge starts you will have the hang of it in no time.

You will have received a Welcome Document with your confirmation email. Please download this PDF if you have not already and complete the measurements ASAP. It is best to take photos and measurements first thing in the morning. Before Sunday the 30th your job is to:

  1. Read the Welcome Document PDF
  2. Send me the before photos.
  3. Fill in the measurements in the Google sheet.
  4. Complete the health screening form.
