30 Day Bodyweight Challenge

Welcome to The Challenge Members Area!

Thank you so much for purchasing this Challenge. I am so excited to motivate and inspire you over the next 30 days and hopefully teach you a thing or two as well!

When you sign up to the challenge you will receive a welcome package in your confirmation email. The welcome package will included a PDF explaining how to take photos and measurements. There will also be a link to a Google sheet that you can download and fill in your measurements. You will need to send your photos and measurements to me before the challenge starts. I will add you to a WhatsApp group on the 30th of April. I will share exclusive health and fitness tips with you, and answer and questions you may have.

Before the Challenge begins you will have access to an introduction video that will give you tips on engaging your core and avoiding injury. Click here to check out the video before starting the challenge.

Feel free to watch the videos before you start to workout and choose if you will do level 1 or level 2 of the workout. I put alot of time and effort into making the videos to make sure you do the exercise correctly, so please watch carefully. Technique is so much more important then high reps or speed.

The workouts will take approximately 33 minute. The session may take longer the first week as you watch the videos before you start. But once you get used of the workouts you won’t need the videos as much.
