About the Online Pilates Course

This course is designed for beginner to intermediate level individuals. The introduction video will explain everything you need to know about pilates. I will modify and adapted exercises so you can perform the variation that suits you best. 

There will be a total of 8 videos:

Introduction video

The basic movements of pilates and the techniques you need to know. Mastering the fundamental movements of pilates will help you get the most out of the course.

5 Pilates Classes

Follow along pilates workouts. Each session will have a specific focus. The videos are filmed in real time so you can follow along and do the workout with me. The classes will be 20-30 minutes long. Before each session I will outline the purpose of the class. After the session I will set you tasks to do before next weeks class.

2 bonus workouts

-Lower Body Burner
-Core Crusher
Two bonus 15 minute workouts as a thank you for participating in the course.

These workouts require minimal to no equipment and can be done anywhere you have a floor and a mat. The videos can be watched as many times as you like.
