My Pilates Services

One to One

1-1 Pilates is perfect for anyone looking to learn the proper techniques, heal or prevent injuries, improve their posture or just take up a new hobby.

By assess before and after each block of sessions I can create tailored programmes for each individual, consisting of strength, flexibility and mobility style exercises. As well as keeping track of your progress.

As I have a background in sports medicine I can provided in-depth information to help improve your pain/injuries OR improve your sporting performance.

Sessions can be conducted in person or online via zoom. Contact me for more details. I can cater for up to 5 people, for example 2-1 pilates – bring your friend or partner, or small group 3-5 people, perfect for a group of friends or with family.

Group Classes

I provided a range of different classes for people of all abilities in the West Limerick area, primarily Newcastle West and Ardagh . Currently all classes are full until after Christmas. In January I will be running a range of classes such as:

  • Beginners Pilates
  • Intermediate Pilates
  • Mindfulness Morning Pilates
  • Pilates for Athletes
  • Mens Pilates
  • Pre/Post Natal and Pregnancy
  • Cardio and Core

 

Classes run in 5 weeks blocks. I will give modifications and progressions to exercises where possible to make sure every session is suitable for the variety of abilities. Be the first to hear about my January classes by join the January Waiting List.

Online Classes

Head to my Online Pilates Course for a 6 week introduction to pilates. This course is self-paced and will teach you the fundamentals of pilates from the comfort of your own home. This is the perfect course for anyone who can’t commit to classes and want to learn the basics of Pilates. 

There will be a total of 8 videos:
