If you have never tried pilates before the introduction video will help get you started. For those that have tried pilates before this video will be a great refresher to make sure you get the most out of every workout. The workouts are delivered over video, which you can pause, rewind and watch as many times as you like.

I will modify and adapted exercises so you can perform the variation that suits you best.Pilates can be performed with minimal or no equipment and you can do it anywhere you have a floor and a mat.

Who Is this course for?

This course is designed for beginner to intermediate level individuals. The introduction video will teach you the basic movements before you start the classes. If you have never tried pilates before the introduction video will help get you started. For those that have tried pilates before this video will be a great refresher to make sure you get the most out of every workout.

What is Included?

Once you purchased this course you will have access to follow along videos of pilates workouts.  There will be a total of 8 videos.

These workouts require minimal to no equipment and can be done anywhere you have a floor and a mat. You can watch the videos on unlimited amount of times. So you can repeat individual session or the entire course if you wish.

What to Expect:

Each video will have a specific focus i.e. balance or breathing. The videos will progress slightly each week. I would recommend following the videos in the order they appear. Feel free to repeat a workout if you are not ready to progress or if you just enjoyed it. The videos will be self-paced so you can pause them during a session or rewind if you missed a move. 

Time Commitment:

This is a self paced course so you can go through the workouts as you please. I would recommend one workout a week, this allows you to work on any techniques you found difficult throughout the week before progressing. The speed at which you progress will also depend on your fitness levels if you don’t exercise regularly take it slow. You can always go back and repeat the workouts and try the harder variations of the exercise next time round. The workout videos will be approx 30 minutes long. They’re are two 15 minute workouts included for days when you just want a quick but effective workout.

Payment:

You can pay for this course in a once off payment. The cost of the course is €79. With this payment you will have access to the content for 12months from date of purchase.
