Description:
A 30 day challenge to improve your 5km running time.
This challenge will run from the 16th of January until the 14th of February. You will receive a weekly programme tailored to your fitness level and goals. I will provided additional information throughout the 30 days, such as: running technique tips, injury prevention tips, warm-ups, cool downs, stretching videos, and more. You will be added to a WhatsApp group with the other group members and kept accountable with daily and weekly check-ins.
Who is this for:
This Programme is tailored for a range of individuals, from beginner to elite runners. For novice runners the couch to 5k programme is available which will take you from walking to running in 30days. If you are more advanced you can choose to run a 5km in under 30, 25, or 20 minutes. Prior to releasing the programmes everyone will run a 5k to set there baseline so you can choose which programme suits you from there. If you are not sure if this programme is for you contact me before the 15th of January.

What is expected of you:
- Give 100%! There are 720 hours in 30 days, each workout is on average 30 minute. There is 3 running sessions a week. You can find the time.
- Take measurements before starting. It may seem intimating to see your baseline after Christmas but it is the best way to track your progress. Only I will see the baseline measurements, you do not have to send them into a group.
- If you are loving the challenge make sure to tell friends and family and share on social media as it helps my business.
- Make sure you have a tracker watch or a tracker app downloaded to keep track of all your runs.
What happens when you finish:
- You will have a full chart of before and after results to see how well you progressed.
- You will have learned new tips and tricks and developed a new positive habit over the 30 days.
- From previous challenges, participants noticed a big improvement in sleep, mood, fitness and overall health.
