It includes 3 running drills. These drills can be completed together totalling 5-6km (depending on your speed), or you can do each drill individually as part of a short workout.
This free running drill is a great alternative to running a constant 5k. If you want to improve your fitness and stamina but find continuous runs boring or difficult this programme will be perfect for you.
